PROCEDURE

WHAT ARE THE PROCEDURE BEFORE STARTING A COMMISSION ?

  1. Before anything, please read the TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS) carefully.

  2. If you have any question about TOS, please DM me via Twitter / Discord. I will respond messages within 24 - 48 hours.

  3. After you agree with the TOS and Price and want to cooperate, I will send the commission invoice to your Email. You need to pay 50% or full deposit fee via Paypal within 24hrs.

  4. After I receive the payment, the commission will be getting doing.

  • Please take the commission order seriously.

  • By working with me, you have to follow my TOS.

WORK ( AFTER STARTING THE COMMISSION )

  • First phase ( Sketching ): I will do a rough sketch based on information you gave me before.

  • You can ask me to revise. Feedbacks are always welcome.

  • Second phase ( Lining ): After you agree with the rough sketch, I will do the lining phase, no editing the rough sketch furthermore. I may ask you once again to reassure before I begin the Lining phase.

  • You can ask me to revise. Feedbacks are always welcome.

  • Third phase ( Colorization ): After you agree with the lining, I will do the colorization, I will ask you once again to reassure before begining the Colorization phase.

  • You can ask me to revise. Feedbacks are always welcome.

  • Fourth phase ( Details + Effects ): After you agree with the Colorization, I will do the Details + Effects. And I will ask you once again to reassure before begining the Details + Effects phase.

  • You can ask me to revise. Feedbacks are always welcome.

  • Final phase ( File delivery ): after I finish the artwork. I will combine all files into a single RAR / ZIP. file and send it to you via your email.

  • What's in the RAR / ZIP file which I send you:

  • The finished PSD file ( Only a single merged layer )

  • The PNG / JPEG file ( Including original size and resized size you need before )

*NOTE:

  • In case you pay me 50% first: if you're satisfied and accept my rough sketch in the First phase ( Sketching phase ), then you have to complete the remaining 50% of the payment so that I can continue through the Second phase ( Lining phase ).

  • In each of these phases, I will send WIP ( Work in progress ) with screenshots to you via Twitter / Discord / any social media to update the process.

  • Delivery time: 10+ days ( Time depends on details, complexity )

  • You have only 5 revisions to ask me to fix the artwork. Please use it wisely.

AS THE ARTIST

  • I will draw in my own style, so please take a look at my GALLERY for reference ( By default I will use HonKai Impact 3 style to draw )

  • If you ask me to use another artist's style. Then I will consider using that style if it's within my ability.

  • I can refuse your commission request if I feel it's beyond my ability or it's not safe for me to work with you.

  • I can block you if I feel you're harassing me or doing bad behavior ( Taking some screenshots as proof will be included before ). Please be reasonable, I don't want to waste my time and neither do you.

  • If the commissioner allows me to publish his/ her commission. Then I can use the finished commission as a part of my portfolio, or as a sample to upload on any of my social media.

  • I have the right to ask the commissioner to credit my name ( If the commission is Tier COMMON or RARE, see more at PRICE > COMMERCIAL )

  • I have the right to advise and choose which Tier for you if you order a Commercial Commission.

  • My responsibility is to protect the commissioner information and keep the commission private if the commissioner requires.

COMMISSIONER

IF YOU ARE A COMMISSIONER / CLIENT

  • You should take the commission order seriously.

  • You can request WIP ( Work in progress ) at any time to get updated on the progress.

  • You can use only free 5 revisions to ask me to fix the artwork. But, if you are willing to give feedback with a view to helping me develop better, improve the existing issues, then I will be very greateful. As long as both parties are happy and not upsetting each other.

  • You should tell me if you have a deadline before. But don’t push me too hard while i’m working because that makes eveything go bad. If you can’t wait more than 7 days for a commission, just turn your head back. Please understand that I do not receive extra money to make the work done faster, be patient. All I want is the best for you.

  • You must give enough information about you and the commission to me. We work in transparency and clarity, not hiding anything.

  • You can ask me to be in waitlist if my slot is full.

  • If you need any advice, you can ask me and I will help you if it's within my ability.

  • You only have the right to claim full the commission if your commission is Tier EPIC or LEGENDARY ( See more at PRICE > COMMERCIAL ).

  • You can ask me to upgrade your Tier commission for your using purpose at any time. But I only remove my logo, no further edit.

  • If you have any fraudulent behavior for your own benefit and are discovered by me. Then I have the right to stop cooperating with you and blacklist your name.

WHAT NOT TO DO WITH YOUR COMMISSION

  • Do not claim full the artwork as your own ( If your commission is Tier COMMON or RARE, see more at PRICE > COMMERCIAL ).

  • Do not edit, reproduce or use the commission for any commercial purpose ( If your commission is Tier COMMON, see more at PRICE > COMMERCIAL ).

  • Do not add your own logo / watermark / signature to the commission ( If your commission is Tier COMMON, see more at PRICE > COMMERCIAL ).

  • Do not use the artwork for AI or NFT.

PAYMENT

PAYMENT

  • Payment via Paypal for USD.

  • The purchase is for 2D Digital Art only.

  • The commissioner will pay for the PayPal transaction fee.

  • I will not start your commission until I receive 50% or full 100% payment.

  • In case you pay me 50% first: if you're satisfied and accept my rough sketch in the First phase ( Sketching ), then you have to complete the remaining 50% of the payment so that I can continue through next phases ( Read more at PROCEDURE ).

REFUND

  • Full refund is only valid if I have not started the commission or the First phase ( Sketching )

  • There is no refund even though you're not satisfied with my rough sketch in the First phase ( Sketching ). In case you pay me 100% payment first: I will refund 50% and give it back to you if you don't want me to continue the Second phase ( Lining ).

  • If I begin the Second phase ( Lining ), then there is no refund with any reason. No need to worry, I will ask you to make sure again before I begin that.

  • In case I cancel your commission while drawing, I will refund your money based on how much progress I've made.

EXTRA FEE

  • If you use out of all 5 free revisions and want to use more. Then additional revisions will be charged ( +5$ / revision )

  • In case I've finished the rough sketch and you've accepted it. But after that, you want to change one or more objects before I begin the Second phase ( Lining ). Then I will ask you to pay 50% price extra of each object with conditions below:

  • This is still a rough sketch

  • I still don't begin the Second phase ( Lining )

  • Same details, complexity

  • You must pay extra first, then I will change

EXAMPLE

  • Any small or large changes ( building, clothes, pose, big details + effects, etc. ) after the Colorization phase will be charged extra of total price and add more days to finish. Please ensure to review the initial WIP previews properly.

  • If you ask for a size larger than the default size. That may cost an extra.

  • Basically, I am the owner of the artworks I created. If someone wants to own one or more of them, he/she has to pay a price bases on his/ her purpose.

  • If you see any product that contains my image, it is unauthorized use without my permission.
